1. No materials found
This problem existed in the first few years of the circular knife machine. When the material reaches a certain critical value, the machine will automatically alarm or even stop. Basically, there will be no large number of defective products due to material interruption.
Of course, it is also necessary for the start-up master to have a good idea, calculate each material on the machine, and line up it from the least to more, so as to clarify which one to focus first and which one to focus on.
2. The material is crooked or not securely connected, or connected incorrectly
These problems are basically caused by unskilledness, and the solution is also very simple: keep practicing, and reconnect the material head with proficiency until it is connected, and keep practicing.
3. Product shrinkage
This problem is basically caused by the die-cutting of materials with elasticity. Generally, reducing the unwinding tension or adding a snap ring to fix the raw material, without putting the tension on the compound, can solve the problem.
4. Dropping
There are many reasons for film drop. Doing the following can avoid multiple film drop problems:
Check the support ring for foreign matter and clean the support ring;
Check whether there is any problem with the mold and repair the mold;
Check whether the pad knife foam is wrapped with glue and has no elasticity, and replace the foam;
Whether the knife is flattened, press the knife again.
5. Sticky mold
The most likely thing is that the foam needs to be replaced, or add Teflon, silicone foam, mold release agent, or add a release film to the foam. For more complicated methods, you can directly open the mold with anti-stick coating. , Or apply silica gel (similar to glass glue) on the mold knife cavity.
6. Misalignment or instability of set position
The big reason is that the tension and the material are not correct. The most direct solution is to adjust the ratio of the unwinding tension and press the rubber roller to flatten it again. Focus on checking the tension of the rewinding and unwinding shaft, and correct the tension of the rewinding and unwinding shaft.
7. Dirty
The production affected by dirt mostly occurs on the die-cutting of materials such as non-woven fabrics and foam glue. This requires cleaning the machine, gears, and various rollers before and after the machine is shut down. It is easy to hide dirt and stick. Where there is dirt, ensure the surrounding 5S at any time during production, and measure whether the production environment is up to standard.
8. Overflowing glue
In the event of glue overflow, it is necessary to reduce the pressure of the pressing rubber roller and the tension of the product, clean the mold blade in time, replace the thinner foam or add a release agent.
9. Constantly cut corners
For this kind of problem, first look at the tool to determine whether the tool is sharp enough, if not, please repair the tool as soon as possible;
Look at the material again, whether it has been damp, hardened or has other changes, if so, please pay attention to protect the material;
In the case of ensuring that the tools and materials are all right, it is possible that the backing roller is too small, the corners are a little big, and the contact surface is small and it is not easy to cut off. The problem can be solved by replacing the larger backing roller.
10. Poor waste discharge
The method is to replace the foam; adjust the angle of waste discharge; adjust the ratio; adjust the tension of waste collection.
